Comentario Apartments are located on the corner of Fairfield and Commonwealth Ave. in the same area as Boston's best hotels, The Ritz Carlton, Copley Plaza, Sheraton and Westin Hotel. Our prices are approximately 50 percent of the hotel rates in the area. The Prudential center is about a block and a half away. Newbury Street is directly behind us. We are located in a lovely neighborhood conveniently and centrally located. The suites are all very beautifully decorated and each has its own distinct character and charm. The building was built in the late 1800s and all of the original hand carved woodwork and ornamental plasterwork has been preserved or restored. Most of our residents are professionals and/or families. It is literally like a home away from home environment. A double sized bed, bed linens, towels, dishes, cooking and eating utensils are provided in each apartment. Basic cable TV is included along with complementary European style breakfast (Monday to Friday), and telephone service for local and incoming calls (long distance calls can be made with prepaid calling card). We also have wireless Internet access as well as a computer in the lobby area for our guests to use. We are not a hotel and do not provide hotel services. We expect you to maintain your apartment like a home. We will, however, help you keep it clean by providing light housekeeping Monday through Friday. We will change your towels and sheets once a week. Items of personal care (e.g. Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner, Toilet paper, Paper towels, etc) are not provided by Business Apartments. The apartments are available on a weekly or long-term basis. Apartments are designed to offer the Boston visitor a temporary home away from home without the usual costs involved. The apartments range from $750.00 to $1,700.00 per week depending on size and location in the building. Reservations are accepted based upon availability. |
